Returns for Standard Products

You may request a return of an eligible, non-personalized standard product within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, email zngdesignhome@gmail.com within the 14-day period and include your order number and return request. We will review your request and provide the return instructions and address.

The item must be returned within 14 days after you notify us of your decision. It should be unused, unwashed, and, where possible, returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Personalized and Made-to-Order Products

Products created according to your personal specifications—including your name, image, logo, license plate, vehicle make or model, custom dimensions, colors, patterns, or other individual requests—cannot normally be returned or cancelled for a change of mind where permitted by applicable law, because they are made specifically for you and cannot reasonably be resold.

Your custom design will be prepared for approval before production. Please contact us promptly if you wish to make a change. Once you approve the design and production has started, cancellation might no longer be possible.

This exception does not affect your rights if a personalized product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the design or specifications you approved.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the approved specifications, contact us at zngdesignhome@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. These rights also apply to personalized and made-to-order products.

Return Shipping Costs

For an eligible return caused only by a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the international return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.

If the product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the approved order, ZNG Design Home will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost or offer another appropriate solution.

Original delivery charges will be refunded only where required by applicable consumer law. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other amounts paid directly to customs authorities or delivery companies are not collected by ZNG Design Home and might need to be reclaimed from the relevant authority or service provider.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method within the period required by applicable law.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country or region.
