This Pre-Information Form has been prepared to inform the Buyer before placing an order and incurring payment obligations via the zngdesignhome.com website.
Product-specific details, including quantity, size, personalization, price, discount, shipping, payment, and delivery information, are displayed to the Buyer on the product page, cart, and checkout screen. The order summary approved by the Buyer is an integral part of this form.

KEY FEATURES OF PRODUCTS
The name, images, size, material, color, usage characteristics, quantity, and personalization options (if any) of the products subject to the order are described on the relevant product page.
Product images are intended to be as true to reality as possible. However, slight color variations may occur depending on device and screen settings.
For handmade or custom-made products, small differences in size, color, pattern, and placement may occur due to the natural manufacturing process. This does not waive the consumer's rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly prepared products.
The Buyer must check the features, size, quantity, and personalization information of the selected product before confirming the order.

SALE PRICE AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
The sale price of the products, including taxes, is displayed on the website.
The total amount to be paid by the Buyer, including the product price, shipping fee (if any), discounts, and other legal items, is displayed on the cart or checkout screen before the order is confirmed.
No additional payment is added to the order without the Buyer's explicit consent.
The current free shipping threshold for orders within Turkey is 1,000 TL. This amount may be changed based on current shipping company tariffs and operational costs. The applicable conditions during the order will be displayed on the cart or checkout screen.
For international orders, the shipping fee is displayed separately based on the delivery country and order specifics. Unless otherwise stated, customs duties, import taxes, and other official charges that may arise in the delivery country may be the Buyer's responsibility.

PAYMENT
Payment is made using one of the methods offered on the payment page.
Card information is processed via the secure infrastructure of the authorized payment institution used. If the payment process cannot be completed or is not approved by the payment institution, the order will not be processed.
The Buyer acknowledges that by confirming the order, a payment obligation will arise.

PREPARATION AND DELIVERY
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or during the order process, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the business day count.
The production time for custom-made products with specific measurements, names, license plates, logos, images, vehicle make-model information, colors, or design requests may vary. If there is a different timeframe, the Buyer will be informed during the order process or during communication with the customer.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer during the order. The Buyer must check that the name, surname, phone number, and address information are correct and complete.
Unless otherwise agreed, the product is shipped within the period specified in the applicable legislation. A longer delivery period may be agreed upon by the parties for products prepared according to the Buyer's personal requests or custom measurements.
The Seller is responsible for any loss or damage that may occur until the product is delivered to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For standard products not subject to the right of withdrawal exception, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
The Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal for standard products before the product is delivered.
The withdrawal notification can be sent within the 14-day period to zngdesignhome@gmail.com by writing the order number and withdrawal request. If available, the return request system in the customer account can also be used.
The withdrawal notification must be submitted to the Seller in writing or via a permanent data storage medium such as email.

RETURN METHOD AND RETURN SHIPPING
The Buyer must deliver the product to the cargo for return within 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal notification.
Before sending the return, the Seller must be contacted at zngdesignhome@gmail.com or the return and shipping support line at 0541 882 40 08. The Buyer will be informed of the return method and shipping instructions.
If the return method specified by the Seller is used, no return shipping fee will be charged to the Buyer.

The product should be sent with its original packaging and order components if possible. The Buyer may be responsible for any decrease in value resulting from using the product beyond what is necessary to inspect its features and function.

REFUND
If the right of withdrawal is exercised properly, the product price and delivery costs, which must be refunded according to the legislation, will be refunded within the legal period, using the payment instrument used by the Buyer and without incurring any additional charges.
Legal provisions regarding additional costs incurred if the Buyer specifically chooses a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery are reserved.
The reflection times of the refund in the account due to the bank or payment institution may be beyond the direct control of the Seller.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For products prepared according to the Buyer's personal wishes or needs, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
In this context, specifically;

Products to which the Buyer's name or special writing is added,

Products with license plate information processed,

Products prepared according to vehicle make-model information,

Products using the logo or image sent by the Buyer,

Products produced in custom sizes,

Products prepared according to the Buyer's special color, pattern, or design request
may be considered personalized products.
The consumer's legal right of withdrawal is reserved only if standard size, color, or one of the ready options is chosen and the product is not further personalized for the customer.
If a personalized product is faulty, damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or prepared differently from the features approved by the Buyer, the consumer's legal rights remain.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the product is faulty, damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or different from the ordered features, the Buyer may contact the Seller with the order number and photos showing the condition.
For faulty products, the consumer may exercise one of the following rights according to the conditions in the legislation: replacement of the product with a non-faulty one, free repair, a price reduction proportionate to the defect, or termination of the contract and refund of the price.
These rights also apply to custom-made products.

In consumer disputes, applications can be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees in the Buyer's place of residence or where the transaction occurred, within the current monetary limits; for disputes exceeding these limits, applications can be made to the competent Consumer Courts.
For international orders, mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the delivery country are reserved.

BUYER'S ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PRE-INFORMATION
The Buyer acknowledges that before placing an order, they have been informed about the essential characteristics of the products, the seller's identity and contact information, the total price including taxes, any shipping and other additional costs, payment, preparation and delivery conditions, the right of withdrawal, exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the return method, and complaint procedures.
The Buyer acknowledges that by checking the information on the order summary and payment screen and confirming the order, they will incur a payment obligation.
This Pre-Information Form is provided to the Buyer electronically and is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
